Toronto Photo Walks: King Street

Good morning everyone. Well today begins another week, and Saturday was another photo walk. This was a little different, since we were going to do this at night. I took the subway down and tried my hand out on long exposures on the TTC Subway. Yes I did use a tripod....





We got to our meet up down at University and King st. west and waited for other people to arrive and kept an eye on the sky since the forecast was for rain. The walk was scheduled for 7:00 PM and sunset was at about 8:15 PM. So we had a little light to start with and get into our low light groove.




We started off by heading east and playing around in the financial district. Since I knew this area fairly well I took the lead for the group. Our fearless leader wanted to do this free form. Actually he had no time to plan a proper route so he was happy with any direction. The group was also a little smallish then normal. The threat of rain, and the lateness may have contributed to it.

Anyway one more series of shots then off for the day.
