TSG Event #20... Ideas and Concepts

Okay, heres how it goes. I was bored just shooting tinsel, presents, and models. It was fun, but it needed something else. Well there was this hat. The old top hat kind of look. I talked to one of the other photographers, grabbed a spare flash and wireless reciever/trigger and came up with this shot:



Okay, I did need to adjust my settings a bit, but we were off to the races. next we grabbed the model that was in front of the lights and took a couple shots, adjusting the light in the hat ever so slightly.




A red gel filter on the flash, a little white cardboard next and then we were ready to go nuts....








A little creativity, a few props, the right gear, anything is possible.
