Toronto Photo Walks: Little Italy (again) II

It almost rained, there were no fire stations, but there was a playground. Parts of a successful photo walk with our group. Why playgrounds? Well....

(oh yeah, graffiti and a bunch of other stuff as well).

Toronto Photo Walks: Little Italy (again)

Well, the weekend wasn't supposed to be that good weather wise. But we got lucky. Only a little drizzle to start in the morning and the clouds briefly cleared in the afternoon. A great day to walk through Little Italy, some back streets, and eventually through Korea Town to end the walk. Saw a lot, and got snap happy. Something I haven't done for a coon's age. So, now on to the pictures.

Xi'an China: The Bell Tower II

The Bell tower, the views from the top over the city were nice. The details in the eaves, doors, and floors were interesting. The best part though was the musical performance before we left. The music of Xian is considered to be "fossil" music. The instruments and playing style hasn't changed much since before the Tang dynasty. It has to be seen to be understood I guess.
