Toronto Photo Walks: St. Clair Yorkville

The muse is starting to come through. I recently downloaded a software package called "OnOne Perfect Photo Suite 7". A on it's one or add on to Lightroom and Photoshop. I will be messing around with it from time to time. I used the "Perfect Black and White" add on to process the first three pictures here. I liked how it worked and they turned out. Anyway...

Near the end of December was another photowalk. I showed up late because of a late party the night before. It was cold out, at least the sun was nice for stark images. I wandered from Summerhill Station to where the rest of the group was. Eventually moving through Yorkville and ending up at the pub for eats and heat. Back to the walk after the Halloween Craziness. No zombies here, just gorgeous views and scenery.

365-4: Brakes

365-4: Brakes

I am trying to get the motivation to get cycling again. After almost 6 years I dragged my bike out into the living room area. Time to replace the tires and tubes, do some fine tuning and get back in the saddle again. First though, those cobwebs have to go.

TSG-25: Mandy

Okay, slowly catching up on my projects and getting into the swing of things. I will return to the photo walk stuff after I deal with the pictures I took a couple weeks ago with the Toronto Strobist Group. This edition is all about Mandy. Loved working with her, not afraid to get up there and do what needed to be done. Going to have to keep her contact info in case I need another model to work with. So here we go.

Dalliance With Film

Still shooting film. Just takes time to process, scan and post the pictures. Still need some practice in the development side of the black and white process. Also picked up a tip this week on what to do before scanning images. I may go back and rescan some of them to see if that's the issue. Dust, and stuff on the scan. Still, I do like the way they have turned out though. Well, most of them at least. 100Kentmere028 (2)100Kentmere028 (3)100Kentmere028 100Kentmere029100Kentmere030100Kentmere031 100Kentmere032100Kentmere033100Kentmere034 100Kentmere036100Kentmere035100Kentmere037 100Kentmere038100Kentmere039100Kentmere040 100Kentmere041100Kentmere042100Kentmere043 100Kentmere044100Kentmere046100Kentmere049 100Kentmere045100Kentmere051100Kentmere052 100Kentmere050
