Group Picture complete and good. We were off down Yonge street, a little bit through Rosedale and exploring some new territory.

World Wide Photo Walk

Trying to keep the titles short. We had a good group out, as usual. A few new faces which was nice. I hope we see them again. We wandered through Summerhill and parts west. We were moving a little fast at the start so we had to extend the walk a little bit before lunch. Some of us apparently just showed up at our lunch destination early anyway. They missed out on some great views. We finally made it to our lunch destination, The Monk's Table, a great friendly spot. Quaffed a brew or two, ate some lunch. Burger with bacon and Stilton can't be beat. Then were off for more wandering, heading to Yorkville. The day was turning out great. Lots of sun, a little breeze, a perfect autumn afternoon.

Toronto Photo Walks Meet World Wide Photo Walks

Yes, it's that time of the year again. Scott Kelby's World Wide Photo Walk coincided with our bi-weekly photo walk so it was going to be a great time. Maximum of 50 in the group according to the rules. Had to sign up ahead of time, and of course we needed a good route and a great leader. Lucky for us Paul knows how to do one, and is definitely the latter. After all, he's been doing this whole Toronto Photo Walk thing for almost two years now. So the route was supposed to be through Summerhill, the parts we didn't do when we were through here last, and then onto Yorkville. The day started off miserably and then gradually improved. Which was a nice change for once where sometimes it works in the reverse. So time to get started, and time to start selecting which one is going to be put into the World Wide Photo Walk competition. I have 4 days now to choose.
