Toronto Photo Walks: Water Walk III

Finally the walk meandered down along the waterfront and part of Queen's Quay. The last time I had been through this area it was the end of winter and it was desolate. As well one water park wasn't up and running. It was interesting to see Sugar Beach fully populated and people enjoying themselves. And now to finish with the pictures from this photo walk and off to other locations and projects.

Toronto Photo Walks: Water Walk II

Water, water, everywhere. Water falling, water leaping, water flowing. Wading, dipping, refreshing. It was a good walk for a hot day. Plenty of opportunity to chill the feet, or just run through fountains. Leap Cloud Garden

Toronto Photo Walks: Water Walk

Slowly I am catching up. Oh so very slowly... The water walk was Almost a month a go, back in the end of June. The heat was starting to rise and one of our organizers decided to do a tour of all the fountains downtown. Well, almost all of them. I know of at least half a dozen that were missed. There were a few that I hadn't seen before as well. And some that I had never seen in operation. We started at the Armoury Courthouse on University Avenue and slowly made our way zig-zagging through the downtown core. It wasn't just fountains that were interesting.
