Toronto Photo Walks: Little Italy (again) V
Well, all walking needs a break. And the Caledonian was our lunch break. Here we provisioned up and refueled for the rest of the gorgeous day it turned out to be. As well, I borrowed a 70-200mm lens from another Nikon shooter. What do those numbers mean? Telephoto zoom baby! Of course the lens weighed more then my camera body and battery pack. But it was fun using it for a few hours.

Toronto Photo Walks: Little Italy (again) IV
Well back at it again. Finally into Little Italy proper. Toys, signs, stores, pictures, and all sorts of things. Random little things that caught my eye as usual.

Toronto Photo Walks: Little Italy (again) III
I love going on my photo walks. Not only do I get to explore and see different parts of Toronto, I also stumble across things that you wouldn't expect. For example we passed by the church of St Mary Magdalene (anglican) and saw a small group of police on bikes in front of it. We found out that the church was going to be doing a processional, one of two every year. So of course we had to stick around. It was worth the wait for it to begin and to finish.
