One Day Along the Beltline
Been a slow week mentally. This series is from about a month or so ago when I did a little geocaching along the Belt Line trail. Got a handful found and taken care of, as well as a bunch of pictures. It was a nice day out and rather peaceful. I like wandering this area for the feeling of nature in the city. Lots of things to see, and dogs to shoot as well.

Toronto Photo Walks: Queen West
Been feeling blah lately, no inspiration, fewer photos. I think it was time for another photo walk. On the best of days, they can inspire me. Worst of days? At least I can get something I can use. This was a better one. Lots of inspiration, lots to see, and lots of great company. The walk started at the south end of Trinity Bell Wood park, I was running a little behind so I caught up with the group at the north end of the park. I took a short cut. The day was nice, started off a little overcast, not too cold, and no precipitation in the forecast. A nice day to shoot subjects. One of the nice things about the park was the dog off leash park. Or as one friend said, plenty of subjects for Dog Mondays...Do I post a lot of dog shots on Mondays? Going to have to check that out. I may have a pattern that I wasn't aware of. So needless to say it's Monday, and yes there are dog shots involved.

Toronto Photo Walks: Belt Line 5
After shooting the feathered wild life it was time to move on. The temperature was slowly dropping and the front group was out of sight. We caught up with them at a small parkette a little further down the trail. We managed to catch some antics of a local squirrel, of course we all missed some of the acrobatics with our cameras. Can't be ready all the time I guess. Moving along, some of the group had prior commitments and left, others felt the day was long enough, and it was down to the last batch of hardy walkers. Stopped in for a quick coffee to warm up and then just headed to the pub for the final stop. It was as good day over all. I was happy with what I saw and shot. Soon another photo walk weekend will be upon us. Not to mention what else I shoot in the mean time.
