Toronto Photo Walks: Davisville III
After the playground it was time to carry on. Back to Yonge street, catching the Al Green Sculpture Garden along the way.

Toronto Photo Walks: Davisville
Well, I think I am organized a bit. This past weekend I led, planned and set up a photo walk for the group. I managed to roust most of our members from the downtown and southern portions of the city to my area to show some interesting sites. It was a cold day, but not too bad to hang around in, unlike todays temperature of -20 Celsius. So we started out from Davisville station and wandered through the local neighborhood looking at sights, sculptures, and the usual odd ball things we find. Carry on walkers...

Toronto Photo Walks: Queens Park/Wellesly Part 5 Odds and Ends
Not much to say today, just going to wrap up the photo walk. I am not taking as many pictures as I have previous times. The day was miserable, and I am learning to make each shot count when I can. With experience comes moderation. Not to mention not having enough memory cards to use. So here's the tail end of the week and some mostly unclassifiable pictures really. Enjoy.

Toronto Photo Walks: Queens Park/Wellesly Part 3..Sculpture
It was good to wander around downtown again. The rain made things miserable, but it was worth it. We wandered in areas that I have missed or didn't even think of going to. I also revisited a few other pieces that I have seen previously. Rain changes things, and makes some things better. Especially works done in bronze.

Wandering in a group on a planned walk leads to new sites and locations. I will need to explore a lot more this summer. Time to wear out some more foot gear.

Davisville Sculpture: Sorel Etrog
This guy keeps popping up all over the place. He's also kinda grown on me with his lines, curves, and knot like style. Up in Davisville, in the Al Green Sculpture Garden and surrounding area there are quite a few of his pieces. I mean a lot of pieces. So this post today is going to be a lot of pictures just to cover him in this area. I could make it two posts, but I don't know exactly what's going on this weekend and I may have a lot of material to work with this coming week. And if I do run out of material, I will just go on a random walk. So onto Sorel Etrogs pieces. Just pictures and titles. Form your own conclusions if you wish.

If you wish don't forget to leave any comment behind here. As well enjoy your weekend no matter what the weather brings your way. I will probably be walking, as usual.
