Winter In The Country
One thing I like about going up to my hometown in the winter is the picture opportunities. Especially after all the snow and stuff. They have had a fair bit this month and it shows nicely on all the foliage.

Toronto Photo Walks: Toronto Island Part 6
Well, here it is the beginning of a new week. Still lagging behind on the pictures of the photo walk. Going to be a busy week, so I will see what I can get up.
after we had fun in the playground we gathered our gear and started moving from Ward's Island, heading all the way west to the old light house. Lots of stuff to see on the way. Empty boardwalks, views off the pier, and beaches with sky.

Toronto Photo Walks: The EX Part 5
Looks like I had more material than I thought. I will have to see what happens. Anyway. After wandering around in side for a bit we decided to hit a beer garden and sit for awhile. By this time we had been on our feet for a long time. All that gear ways you down. So as luck would have it we caught the CNE Mardi Gras parade as well.

Well we had our beads, started getting our gear ready for sunset and when our "Fearless Leader" arrived we were ready to move out once again.

The sun was starting to set, and we were as ready as we could be for what happened next. Midway rides and lights.....

Tomorrow or Monday, depending.
